The PRLibrary was me being messy and should have been Windows Portable
Runtime Library WPRL.
I use VLC for radio streams, so thats good to know. Will update now.
There's a new wallpaper on that ISO.
I find it really difficult to navigate through variety of topics being stored
in basically just one big "Trisquel users" category.
How about, to create more specific subcategories like:
Trisquel problems:

-- Internal
- cpu / gpu
-- External
- display
- mouse
In the "Layouts" tab of the "Keyboard Preferences", accessible from MATE's
Control Center, you can change the keyboard layout or tweak it after clicking
on the "Options..." button.
For users like me, who try to help to solve any problem, it will make it
easier to miss a new thread. The "traffic" is rather low. For instance, no
new thread was opened on "Trisquel users" yesterday. In my humble opinion,
that is why splitting that forum in many subforums (by the way, you

I figured it out - it's so called "3rd level chooser key", and it's available
as you said - under Keyboard-> Layouts -> Options... -> Key to choose 3rd
level
and set it to left ALT
