Generally almost all website should be viewable with Abrowser(firefox
based), if it doesn't it is the website's fault not

I don't think you'll need swap with 16 GiB of RAM. But having 3-4 GiB
of swap wouldn't hurt you and hard disk space is cheap nowadays, So
I'd recommend having it.
