Hi all,
I just started using Trisquel coming from another distro and on my Acer
Aspire One both Trisquel Mini and standard 700MB Trisquel 6.0.1 install
without a problem, full graphical display etc but when Trisquel boots after
installation all I get is a tty1 text login. I cannot startx, I cannot start
Gnome and on the Trisquel Mini I got a GTK error when trying to start lxde.
I am completely at a loss, never experienced this issue before. I do have
audio, internet etc so the drivers are working ok. And yes, I have 'quiet
splash' as default in my grub, I see the wallpaper splash but then right
before it would hit the gdm, takes me right to text mode.
Any help is appreciated!
