I hate having that feature, I want to remove it from my computer. How can I
do that ?
I am not sure if they should dedicate resources to a particular distro.
After all, distro is just a flavour of their work. It's us, the users, that

Obviously, Rhytmbox has been choosen as the default Music player as it is
very good project-wise. However, I've found this app called Musique
(Google it) and it looks extraordinary, it allows you to browse through your
collection way more smooth than iTunes or anything proprietary. I

don't know how to do that, I am 100% new to GNU / LINUX.

Hi everyone ! I am interested in installing Unity, my GPU is not supported,
so I guess I have to install Unity 2D instead of 3D, until I get a supported
GPU.
How can I do that ?

I've installed the package and logged out, Unity wouldn't appear in the list,
there was only an option user defined and I tried choosing that but I got
an error cannot find ubuntu, something like that.

Can somebody tell me how I can install alternative themes, change the
appearance of taskbar e.t.c ? Without having to modify something, are there
any ready user-made packages ?

Ok, I've tested them out... I think the trisquel theme should be default to
the distro. Way better more slick than the one that is currently default.
To me it was Adwaita
I am sure that after I made the installation, without making any changes,
Adwaita was the deaulf theme to me.
Ok folks, I am new to linux and I am happy to learn (I want to and have to
learn). I went to synaptics manager and made an installation of the bitcoin
wallet but the app says is not up to date. Which is the correct way to
install apps on Trisquel ? I am sorry for being a newbie but
actually I want to correct myself, new to GNU / Linux * (giving the correct
credits is essential in the healthy evolvement of free material)
Done and went to Add / Remove Apps after that and got an error message
which I tried to copy but something went wrong and I can't paste it...
something about the index of the repository... the point is that I can't find
the bitcoin client there now :/ What to do ? I want to learn to do it

it would copy and execute automatically only the first.
