[Trisquel-users] How-to video

Would anyone know about a video, perhaps on youtube, that demonstrates how to  
install and use Trisquel? I am all new to this and need for it to be quite  
detailed and explanatory ;) I had a look on youtube, but they all seemed to  
be in spanish.
