I can not open Accessibility ,because when i try to alt + ctrl + tab only i can choose login screen and other tab.

Hey there,I'm new user.And today i installed Trisquel 5.5 . I fixed that problem,now Orca screen reader not starting on startup but when i look universel access/seeing screen reader is looking on. ı am closing screen reader and when i restart to my computer again it's looking open. sorry
