Yes I agree! The menu items should definitely be in alphabetical order to increase usability. I honestly didn't notice until now (as I haven't been using Trisquel that long) but I certainly notice now :-P Every little thing helps to make this operating system the best free software can

I guess we can rearrange the items, but why are they not in alphabetical order? FYI, you can use 'first-letter navigation' in all the menus, and type 'filters' into the system settings applet. -Dave
