I tend to doubt it. It is possible I suppose if someone reverse engineered it
but I seriously doubt it is that way by default judging by the links on the
youtube page.
This of course needs feedback from a free/libre software activist, that
made a report of his tests with such boards in places like h-node for
example (because the criteria for acceptance there is indeed to use only
free/libre software and free/libre system distributions).
No is not, it's a propietary OS + system machine. GPU driver based on radeon.
Developed, maintained and selled by AEON for the x machine with special care
