Hey xilixi! Yes, all free packages are included (unless they depend on a non-free package). https://trisquel.info/en/wiki/how-trisquel-made However Trisquel 6 is based on ubuntu 12.04 which didn't include LeoCAD. It will be available in Trisquel 7.
