someone on this forum said that it usually takes only a few months to remove ubuntu's crap to make it usable and stable. I forget when but it was like in early april I overheard this and so I thought it would be maybe done in july or august.

With Ruben being employed by the FSF, it helps with Trisquel development and hopefully gets a release within a month or so of Ubuntu 16.04. I'm excited about the MATE based main release and how it will look and function better than Trisquel 7. Any release dates or release windows set?
