The extension is until October 9, 2015, and a 'reply' comment period is also
extended until November 9, 2015.

This article alone is sufficient for a layman like me to understand why FCC's
proposed rule on modular transmitters and electronic labels for wireless
devices are absurd from freedom point of view.
