In found out. To anyone else wondering: In your home folder there should be tabs at the top, the second tab says "Edit", click on it. Then click on "Background and Emblems..." next to bottom. Tadaa.

Say you have an ogg file. You right click on it, click on "properties" and then tab number 2 says "emblems". Is it possible to make customized emblems? With for example any image file you have?
