The page works fine here as well, using Seamonkey with scripts turned off in
NoScript.

The page renders OK, including the feedback form at the end, in both Midori
(JS disabled) and Dillo (no JS at all).
Any chance that your browser might be blocking not only the JS code, but the
whole page when it encounters a page with non-free JS?
The page unfortunatelly does require non-free JS, but it's not a fault
of Replicant, in fact it's fault of WordPress and related theem projects
they're using.
however, this shouldn't render the page blank. In my test it was
visible, and I'm running GNU IceCat 52.3.0 with GNU LibreJS 6.0.13.
