Pure speculation on my part (but maybe you know): would endorsing PureOS be a
(failed) tactic to have Debian officially get rid of non-free and contrib
(passing the message: "you are that step away from being FSF-endorsed: look
at PureOS")? Contrary to PureOS, Debian matters to fulfills FSF'
PureOS doesn't even use Linux-libre.
Does it distribute a kernel with nonfree firmware? If so, PureOS looks,
freedom-wise, not different from Fedora and I believe the FSF should not
