For the time being, a workaround would be to just use:
http://ftp.rediris.es/mirror/Trisquel/packages/
http://mirror.fsf.org/trisquel/
as repositories. both should have -updates and -security too.
Same with me:

http://es.archive.trisquel.info/trisquel/pool/main/a/arj/arj_3.10.22-9_amd64.deb

to, neither apt or even a browser.

Have the addresses changed, or are they just down for maintenance?
