I don't doubt the "open source" part of the claim, but I seriously doubt the
use of "free" is the same as the way we would use it. Intel and Swiftkey are
the primary drivers of this. The Intel site has no mention of the ACAT
project on their open source and developer portal, Swiftkey doesn't
