My appologies I just grabbed the term
from the internet and it was used in conjunction
with my very loing print driver name.

Did you check to see if the driver is already in the repo? Try installing all
of the printer drivers
$ sudo apt-install printer-driver-all
and see if your printer

I always install from dvd, installing from usb seems to have it's problems
...
I was able to download it and install it on a usb. I did have trouble with
installing a downloaded ppd driver. The system freezes up. I stopped after

Hmmm ... looks like good old lxde to me :)
Trisquel 8.0 mini is just today uploaded that should be LXQt desktop, that
sounds so great!
Hi All !
Was curious as to where Trisquel 8 was at, so checked the dev.jenkins iso's,
and oh boy, there basically all there I guess.
Downloaded the Trisquel Mini (64 bit) and it flies on my old laptop !
Very Happy !!
