My friend and I both noticed how much fun we can each have with RI. I would call it entertaining oneself with creative visualization. For example, I RI'd my friend 360 degrees around me and then I perceived her space and her type of power manifestation as a being. Pretty cool. Again, I RI'd a bright yellow lemon 360 degrees of yellow lemons around me and then decided on a whim to rotate them all 360 degrees to the left (south) because of something I had read about left spin being better than right spin. Something did occur on a somatic level when I did that. I checked it while on the e-meter: one can do this sort of creative visualization to a nice little Floating Needle (F/N) -- so reads the biofeedback meter. cheers, Colleen
