It is mostly joyful for me to take apart what is really not me. I've also been timebreaking somatics in the body and I notice the body becoming less important while the somatics go up the scale of sensation. Here is Dennis on the subject: "Like emotions, there is a scale of sensations. As the space opens up the sensations change to ones further up the scale. Pain is a sensation in very collapsed space. Further upscale is sexual sensation. Then tickles. Above this is heat. Then electrical sensations.
