Sorry, will use eclipse IDE from now on. Will check and correct any other
polluted files in RDB DAS

DAS uses html file format for it's readme files, but I'm finding too

they get touched by some MS editor, see this clean file [1] versus
this not so clean file [2]. I'd like to suggest that we use some kind
of text editor, or html ed
