A fix equivalent to your patch has been applied.

I don't think that the last comment about operation level databinding applies 
to the scenarios that we've been supporting in Tuscany, but if you think that 
there is an issue in the Tuscany code base, could you please raise it (as you 
suggested in your comment) as a separate new issue.
