I've been unable to build Tuscany on my Linux Mac (I don't have windows so
don't know if it works on this platform)
The failure is in jaxb:
Project ID: com.sun.tools.xjc.maven2:maven-jaxb-plugin
Reason: Failed to build model from file
How odd. I checked on my machine and I also have squiffy characters
in that file but I am able to build. I am on Intel OSX 10.4.7 with
