Hi,
I have been hearing about 'issues #' with respect to the specs, on some
discussions. Could somebody help me understand how and where I can get hold
of these issues. I looked up the OSOA site for some links to this but did
not find any (could be I am missing it).

We're using a JIRA system to manage this which I believe is not
public. Individuals can access this by becoming OSOA
"collaborators" (I forget the precise term they decided on) as
outlined by Mike Edwards in a mail to the list a while back. Since
