Definite +1 for consistency.
I think we should remove the version from the name as it impacts the
URL the user gets when they deploy to Tomcat. I think that should be
as short and simple as possible.

things like 'webapp', 'sample-supplychain-1.0-incubator-M2-SNAPSHOT.jar', '
sample-helloworldjsonrpc.war'.
Including the 'sample-' prefix seems good to me, and presumably we only need
the -incubator- part if we're separately
