cleaning up services and references

FYI

As part of the service and reference clean-up work, I'm going to  
remove BoundServiceDefinition and BoundReferenceDefintion, moving  
bindings (and target URI) up to ServiceDefintion and  
ReferenceDefinition. This allow us to remove the specializations  
around those sublcasses.
