A few months ago, CBS bought into the TVGN and TVGuide.com, buying 50% from
whomever owned half of it. (Lionsgate owned 50%, but I don't know if they
owned all of it, or if they had private equity firms as partners... a la
NBC Universal with The Weather Channel).

Anyway, CBS bought the rest of it, becoming sole owners of TVGN and
TVGuide.com
(Note, the magazine is still owned by ... as far as I can tell from
Wikipedia ... OpenGate Capital.)
