So says the LA Times' Scott Collins, in a rebuttal to the ex-Chief's second "Not Working for Me" item today, thanks to many series starting production earlier than normal and the fact that more and more scripted filmed series are under AFTRA contracts instead of SAG (not to mention reality shows, game shows, late-night, daytime soaps and-- if Rosie didn't kill them off for good--variety shows):
