you mention, with it being so branded "late night" that the time slot
would've been Friday at 11. Monday at 10:30 seems really odd, given how the
station generally runs same-show blocks during the week.

Sorry, I ellipsised too quickly and should have been clearer: For me,
"late-night" is about air time, not content. So Bill Maher doing the exact
same show an hour earlier takes him out of late-night for me.
