David Mueller, the former "Jackson" of the wacky morning team "Ryno and Jackson" on Denver country station KYGO (owned then by Lincoln Financial, now by LDS-controlled Bonneville), is accused by Taylor Swift of groping her butt at a post-concert meet-and-greet. Swift has filed a court action. Mueller says someone else from the station did it and that Swift and her entourage are slandering him, causing him to lose his job at the station. A Federal judge in Denver threw out the slander crossclaims (but will allow a crossclaim for tortious interference) but also threw out motions for summary judgment from Swift's side and has scheduled the case for jury trial on Aug. 7, with Swift, her mother Andrea and KYGO's promotions director to be called to the witness stand):
