If I remember correctly, Grey's is the one that seems to float its
start times. For a while it ran :01 to :01. Then it started doing a
:59:30 start and still going to :01 at the end. Then they started
showing both Grey's & Private Practice with somewhat early start
times.
Who knows what ABC will d
When/where does the new "Bones" start up? (I'm addicted to the TNT catch-ups
since April...)

I can't recall Bones ever running the actual program over the end of
the hour, but the promo and end credits are almost always cut off.
