OY TO THE WORLD * "SNOW 2: BRAIN FREEZE" (ABC Family) officially has the lamest sequel title, taking the crown from "Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo." * Watch fake show dry in Department store "HOLIDAY WINDOWS 2008" (HGTV). The "DEVIL'S BIBLE" (National Geographic) was written on the skins of 160 donkeys and took less time to produce than "Chinese Democracy." 9 p.m. Jack Black offers plenty of joy schtick hosting the "2008 VIDEO GAME AWARDS" (Spike TV). AWAY IN A STRANGER Julia Duffy and David Ogden Stiers get "TOGETHER AGAIN FOR THE FIRST TIME" (Lifetime). 10 p.m. "DEXTER's" (Showtime) getting married. Better wed than dead.
