Hi, just wondering if anyone can advise my on the following. If I request this URL from the twitter API...
https://api.twitter.com/1/followers/ids.json?user_id=194615674 ... then I will receive JSON in the response. However If I request the same API call but for a more popular account ID.... https://api.twitter.com/1/followers/ids.json?user_id=34613288 ... then I get the 503 error and the "twitter is over capacity" page. Can anyone provide some information on why I'm experiencing this?
