What are you trying to accomplish?

You can have a form on you site where the user submits
username/password and you do request to the API. Although Twitter is
encouraging developers to migrate to OAuth:

As far as having a form on your site that submits to Twitter.com and
logs them in... There might be an endpoint but they won't come back.
so you might as well just link to the login form.
