I go to http://dev.twitter.com/login?redirect_after_login=%2Fapps%2Fnew to try and get a new twitter account registered for a new app and I can't login as the twitter user.
So I go to http://dev.twitter.com/start to see how to get that twitter id flagged as a developer and nothing but more sign-in pages.
