[twsocket] Sample conversion from ICS-V5 to ICS-V6

I'm still looking for a volunteer to convert some of the ICS-V5 samples to ICS-V6 version. Most samples are easily converted since it is merely a simple change in the uses clause to add OverbyteIcs in front of each ICS used unit. Also C++ sample are completely outdated. They need to be updated to
