I will listen to Francois' suggestion but just wanted to say I think if
writing a keylogger blocker was possible by third parties, they would have
already done it.
This must be an OS issue.

Forefront TMG has a configurable bytes limit with a default value of 32KB.
Maybe there is a hard-coded limit?
