Francois, could you just open main page of that resource and read? It's 
not something new. It's just a front-end to twsocket@elists.org. It even 
doesn't use accounts from mail list - user must register separately. 
Just a damn simple front-end to make life easier.
Of course, you're the overlord and everything about ICS is in your hands 
but I really don't see any reason to reject it.
