Hello: The RFC number escapes me right now, but I believe that the encoding you are looking at is called Quoted-Printable. It is fairly easy to encode/decode, just follow these guidelines: - Non-ASCII characters are encoded as =HH, where HH is the character code, in hex (e.g. =20 is a
