Hello, For several years now access to Gmail, using SSL, has been flawless. I am using version 7.
Today access to Gmail has failed and I am unsure if it is a temporary issue or Gmail made a change. Here is the log. ! Starting SSL handshake Secure connection with TLSv1, cipher AES128-SHA, 128 secret bits (128 total) < 220 smtp.gmail.com ESMTP ur2sm8815837obc.11 - gsmtp Request Done Rq=0 Error=0 > EHLO theaddr...@gmail.com < 501 5.5.4 HELO/EHLO argument theaddr...@gmail.com invalid, closing connection. ur2sm8815837obc.11 - gsmtp Request Done Rq=10 Error=501 5.5.4 HELO/EHLO argument theaddr...@gmail.com invalid, closing connection. ur2sm8815837obc.11 - gsmtp The email address is good. I can send and receive via the web interface. Ideas?
