In the attachment is the patch taken from 4.0.7 against 4.0.8.
If it doesnt apply cleanly against 4.1.x you should be able to adopt

Solution:
If you use TYPO3 4.1.x, update to TYPO3 version 4.1.5 or later.
If you use TYPO3 3.x or 4.0.x, update to TYPO3 version 4.0.8 or later.

Hey Ingmar and everybody,
big thanks to all who put this new 4.1.5 (and 4.1.4) together. I
upgraded all my installations to the latest. The upgrade process is soo
smooth, it's really a pleasure to upgrade TYPO3 sources :)
