tmailform extension has the success message inbuilt in the example
template. I have modified it and the modified message has some special
character. I have also set the message type as UTF-8. Buut still the
special characters are not coming in the email generated by tmail form.

Setting up a bilingual Typo3 site. We run news updates via tt_news,
which works in both languages no problem. We also put our latest
headlines on the front page, in both languages:

As promised we are planning a new (semi) annual Typo3 Awards ceremony
(the last one was in Kitzbühel 2003)
So here goes... :D
I have set up a form so we can all nominate people/consultancies/stuff
for awards in 7 different categories:

I finally found a way to achieve my goal.
I post the solution here as I read that I am not the only person trying to get
a rootline for an arbitrary page and not the current one.
