I have a little configuration problem: I have a Multilanguage page tree
and different backend users (editors and translators). The editors
create content in the default language. The translators are only allowed
to view the content in the default language and create and modify
translations

Look in TER. Try seaching for "cron", and you should see at least one
extension with a CLI based crobscript.

Yes, there is access hook that you can use. I do not remember details but I
used it for access control in TemplaVoila.

I have two fields in my FCE. Both are href attributes. The first has the input
