[TYPO3] raising cache-table expire time

There is a TSFE config variable: message_page_is_being_generated His comment is: Normally when a page is being generated a temporary copy is stored in the cache-table with an expire-time of 30 seconds. My question, how could I raise this time f.e. up to 60 sec I get often a server error page

Dear all, Since updating one of my sites to 4.2 I've noticed that I no longer have the two CoolURI fields in Page Properties: Speaking URL Path Segment or 'Exclude this page from middle of a page path'. I'm guessing this is related to the merging of the Standard and Advanced Doktypes in 4.2 -
