OK, I'm just plain stupid!! php.ini -> upload_max_filesize = 2M I knew that, and I had changed the php.ini LOCALLY to be 10M ... problem is I forgot to upload the updated php.ini to the server. I'm such a doofus. Thank you for your help, even though I feel I have wasted your valuable time.
