I agree, using Thuderbird is much easier to use than email for the list.
I also noticed that several forums parse the news list. They are then
indexed by google.

Use the news reader! Get Mozilla Thunderbird. It is much more convenient than

But when iam doing that change to the code like you said, is it possible for
the backend users to see the password of the FE users?
Because I want that BE users can't read the passwords..
