(dirty) hack.
I edited the typo3/sysext/cms/tslib/class.tslib_content.php-file and put the
IP-Check in the content function (it skips rows, when my condition is not
true). Probably not the best way - but it works.

I have installed wt_galley with cooliris support and it is really great.
I like to activate the ecard system based on it so I have checked ecard
wt_galley.
But ecard wt_galley can't send ecard from cooliris. It seems that only
option is list view and single view.
Still I am curious to know

The provider (having root access) should complile (and install) the
mnogosearch for you. If this is possible, you can ask the provider to do
the installation in /opt server directory. Having the installation in
/opt in not necessary, but it suits quite well as a tested and default
mnogosearch+t

Thank you for explaining. But I will use the solution I mentioned, because I
also added multiple IPs and each IP can contain Wildcards. I think this will be
possible in typoscript, too - but I really have problems in solving more
complex tasks using typoscript.
