You can "concat" conditions with && like in a normal programming
language, but no nesting.
Neither can you use conditions within brackets.

I usually ONLY map to id's when creating a page template.
if this is possible for you, I can highly recommend this way of working.
For FCE's you might not want to use that method because it might
replicate id's under some conditions.

try to import an existing TV template and check if you can change this
mapping
to do so go here - demo.webempoweredchurch.org download one of their TV
templates and the right .t3d
Install it and see if

With RealUrl you have sometimes a similar problem - than i.e. the speaking
URL path won't show up anymore - than you need to go back step by step and
deinstall your extensions until you have found the one causing the problem.
You can read what you did in the log files.

It would be impossible now to go back to see what ext causes the issue

In the older versions of TV H had indeed once some mapping problems.
Create a new DO/TO usual worked fine. And don't try to map two
