Hey!
I'd recommend turnining on sqlDebug in the Install tool.
Revisiting your site, that will show you what queries go wrong, and
might point you to the problem/extension which is causing the errors.

Actually I just noticed that this only happens in "List" mode.
When creating and editing via the TV Page mode, everything works as
expected.
