Dear friends,
I am trying to use tc_beuser, but without any documentation is very hard.
I have been able to install the extension. I can create new users / group as
admin, but I cannot create a normal user who can create other BE users.
Any clue?

It depends what you want to do with CHC_FORUM. AFAIK it has some strong
limitations on editing and on files you can upload in messages.
PHPBB it does not look that bad and there is an extension in TER to
integrate it with TYPO3.
