Honestly, you can not really compare those products in points of
functionality, flexibility and architecture. You are right, Magento is
far more complex and harder to install, configure and do the
templating, but you get lots of more stuff out of that system than any
other around.
Additionally
I agree with Dmitry and I think that it comes to real optimization
issues, when you administrate TYPO3 websites that have more than a few
million page impression per month. If there is a performance leak in
one of the extensions and configurations you will have huge problems in
keeping the serv

I got Typo3 running with RealURL and would like to get the link to frontend
pages in a backend module. Is there a function that delivers the link to a
certain page identified by uid?
